Short Version

Absolutely ridiculous. So I don’t have my Blackberry anymore. I returned it and had my newly signed contract voided. Instead of the $30 extra I was told I’d have to pay per month they completely changed my line to it’s own individual plan which cost $70 a month and left my husband’s line on the family plan. The combined total would have been $140 a month. Which is way too much right now since I have no job. And after emails, 2.5 hours with customer service and then over an hour in the store I returned the damn phone and went shopping around for other options.

The end result is I’m back to my p.o.s. katana and have to wait until we have money to get new phones. *sigh* So much for my glee and happiness.

Aw, I’m sorry that you wound up having to take your phone back! But I sympathize with the need to lower bills all too well. :/
