Guess what I did today? I’ve been up since 9:30p.m yesterday, after sleeping like.. 14 hours. And today around 11a.m. I went on a walk that was insanely long. About four and a half miles. In the snow and ice. I almost fell on my ass about 100 times so the walk was full of “whoa” and “woo” noises ha!

Problem is, I was kind of hungry before we left. By the time we reached Nazef (a local greek place) I was starving and getting sick to my stomach as a result. I tore through the hummus like a mad woman and was okay but when the gyros came, for some reason it just made me very ill. So the mile walk back home sucked. To make matters worse I pulled a muscle in my groin (which still hurts like a bitch), so I was kind of limping home. I’m sure it was a gorgeous site.

We got back just before 1p.m. and I went to lie down at 1:15. Josh let me sleep longer than I thought but since its sort of my bedtime it took a whole hour to wake me up (which he wasn’t too pleased about). But hey, I was warm and my groin wasn’t hurting me… I didn’t wanna move! :P

It is now 4:30p.m. and I’m praying for 8p.m. to get here relatively quickly just so that I can go back to sleep heh. I’m not too good at staying up for more than 15 or 16 hours at a time. I’m a weird sleeper. If I had my way I’d be up 8 hours, sleep 4, up 8, sleep 4. I like naps. But since I can’t seem to get on that schedule I end up sleeping huge chunks of time instead. The winter doesn’t help since all I want to do is stay in bed where it’s warm.

On an unrelated note. You look nice today, I agree. :) Glad you could get out of the house too. I love Panera. Oddly enough I used to avoid it like the plague since I used to get horror stories about the uncleanliness of the chain in Australia. But seems nice enough to me (though you never really know what’s going on in the kitchen). There is a Panera close to me in the “yuppie” part of town <3 I just wish I had more money to go and eat there more often.

So is it bad that I already want to change my layout?

So who goes for a 4+ mile walk in the ice and snow? And sleeping for 14 freaking hours? That’s so awesome. I bet you feel great. Well, maybe not… I’m assuming that by now you’re starting to feel tired!

Good luck on getting your sleep schedule back on track. I’m being a good girl and going to bed at a decent time every night (though last night I broke the pattern and stayed up until 2ish), so that I’m not dragging and fighting off the urge to nap at 4 in the afternoon!

And in response to your unrelated note, thank you very much! I love this sweater hoodie, haha. It’s so comfy. I’ll be sad when I ingrow (that’s the opposite of outgrow, right? lol) it! I bought it like four years ago, so I doubt I could find another one.
Panera Bread is quite spiffy, though they are a bit pricey. I cringe when I think of the fact that I routinely drop $4 – $8 on food that I eat less than a third of. Whoops!

And no, it’s not bad that you already want to change your layout. I’m having the same urge with mine!
